We are asking for your prayers and support as we create and release our very own Passion Project, an album and performance of Christ's Passion. We will tour The Passion in various East Coast locations in March of 2022, and record the album in the Holy Land in May of 2022. With the ND Day Challenge Fund, your $10 gift will yield about $54 for the choir's endeavors.
During 2021-2022, we will officially premiere our new Passion Project. Current Folk Choir members are collaborating with professional musicians and a librettist to write the text and music. This Passion will be toured throughout the East Coast during Spring Break 2022. We will conclude the academic year in the Holy Land with an integrated pilgrimage and recording of the piece at the University of Notre Dame at Tantur, home of the Tantur Ecumenical Institute and the Jerusalem Global Gateway.
